Job description

Our client is seeking a Tableau Data Analyst to support critical reporting, dashboarding, and analytics initiatives across one of the university's largest administrative organizations.
This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing existing Tableau dashboards while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful data insights and reporting capabilities.
This is a hybrid, contract-to-hire opportunity based in Evanston, Illinois.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports
  • Create visualizations and reporting solutions for business stakeholders
  • Analyze operational, financial, and HR-related data
  • Support workforce planning and staffing analytics efforts
  • Validate and monitor data quality
  • Translate business requirements into reporting solutions
  • Partner with leadership on analytics initiatives
  • Support future reporting modernization efforts

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of Tableau reporting experience
