LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Tableau Developer in St. Louis, MO. This role will design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights across patient services, operations, finance, business development, supply chain, and leadership functions. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into meaningful visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Compensation will vary depending on experience:
  • Entry: $65,000 - $85,000
  • Mid: $90,000 - $110,000
  • Senior: $120,000 - $140,000
  • Lead /Architect: $150,000+++
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Build and optimize data models from multiple enterprise systems and databases.
  • Develop KPI dashboards measuring operational performance, service delivery, referral activity, revenue, productivity, and outcomes.
  • Create automated reporting solutions that improve visibility and reduce manual reporting efforts.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights that support organizational growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
