Join Our Team as a Table Games Floor Supervisor!

As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you’ll bring the thrill of gaming to life by guiding our dealers, elevating the guest experience, and ensuring every table runs with precision and integrity. Job Purpose:

Supervises dealers in an assigned table section

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)

  1. Promotes guest relations by greeting players in a friendly and courteous manner and learning and using the names of regular players. - 25%
  2. Facilitates the accurate collection of revenue by ensuring dealers are observing proper procedures and initiating corrective action as needed. - 25%
  3. Protects game integrity by scanning assigned tables for irregularities in dealing procedures, informing Shift Manager accordingly, making rule decisions as needed, and resolving guest disputes. - 25%
  4. Supervises Dealers by offering correct dealing procedures, documenting training and counseling in the Team Member Performance Log, and initiating disciplinary actions and/or commendations with assistance if needed. - 15%
  5. Ensures departmental processes are initiated and/or completed by preparing forms and documents as required. - 10%

Job Specifications:

Education and Experience:

Essential:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 2 years of dealing experience
  • Experience dealing craps or roulette
Desirable:
  • Table games floor manager experience and/or training
  • Experience scheduling dealers and dealer rotations
  • Tribal gaming experience
Skills and Knowledge:

Essential:

  • Proficiency in all rules and procedures applicable to black jack games, game protection, and accounting and dealing processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with players and team members
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions
  • Ability to provide guidance to table game team members
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Ability to complete forms and documents
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to six hours at a time
  • Ability to work in a smoking environment
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism
  • Ability to appear for work on time
  • Ability to work any shift
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
