While both roles operate within casinos and require similar licenses, Table Games staff typically have broader responsibilities across multiple game types, whereas Card Dealers specialize in card-based games.

What are table games?

Table games are casino games played on a table and usually operated by one or more live dealers. Common examples include blackjack, poker, roulette, craps, and baccarat. Table games are popular for their social interaction, strategic elements, and variety of betting options. They are a staple in most casinos worldwide.
