At Techway Automotive, We’re a high-volume, high-support, high-pay operation where good techs stay busy and great techs make serious money.

We’re looking for a European A-Level Technician who knows their way around diagnostics, programming, and complex electrical work — and wants to be paid like it actually matters.

What’s in it for you

  • $35–$50/hour flat rate
  • Real $120K–$150K earning potential
  • Consistent 40–50 flagged hours/week
  • Weekly pay (no waiting around for your money)
  • Relocation help + we’ll move your tools
  • BCBS health insurance + 401k with company contribution
  • Profit sharing + Christmas bonus
  • Paid training (yes, ALL the training you want)
  • Enough work that “slow days” aren’t a thing here

How to Apply (Important)
We move fast — and so should you.
Step 1: Apply
Step 2: Complete a quick phone interview with our AI assistant “Paige” (takes about 10 minutes)
After you apply, you’ll receive an automated text message with a phone number you can call at your convenience to complete the interview.
Candidates who complete the Paige interview get priority.

About Techway Automotive

We’re not your average shop.

Techway Automotive runs two high-volume locations in Enterprise and Dothan, Alabama, pulling in about $400K/month and seeing roughly 125 vehicles a week per shop. Translation: there is always work.

We handle:

  • European vehicles (heavy focus)
  • Domestic & Asian
  • Diesel (light + medium duty)
  • EVs

We’re a NAPA Auto Care + AAA shop, running modern systems, and investing heavily in training, tools, and tech so you can actually do your job without fighting outdated processes.

If it makes you faster, better, or more money — we’re all in.

What you’ll actually be doing

  • Deep diagnostics on European vehicles
  • Module programming and advanced electrical work
  • Writing up parts lists and getting repairs moving
  • Owning jobs from start to finish like a pro

What we’re looking for

  • Dealer-level or Master/A-Level Euro experience
  • Strong diagnostics and electrical skills
  • Someone who actually likes solving hard problems
  • Clean, valid driver’s license
  • Ability to produce consistently without hand-holding

No personality tests. No games. No weeks of waiting.

If you want a shop where the work is steady, the pay is real, and the team actually respects good techs — this is it.

Apply and let’s get you producing (and earning) like you should be.
