Job description

The Table Games Dealerย will be supporting the Table Games department. This position will report to the Table Games Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service.
  • Assist in tracking play and game observation.
  • Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures for all games played on property. (21, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow and Three Card Poker).
  • Demonstrate good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
  • Always present oneself as a credit to the Legends Bay Casino and encourages others to do the same.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 year dealing experience is required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Must accurately balance chip bank.
  • Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. ย 
  • Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guest.
  • Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
  • Must have the ability to successfully interact with other team members and management.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
