ROUND TABLE PIZZA - DOUGH ROLLER

A Dough Rollers primary responsibility is mixing and rolling out dough following specific recipes and maintaining fresh dough inventory based on estimated daily usage. A Dough Rollers secondary responsibility is the same as a Crew Member to provide excellent guest services while performing assigned duties, including, but not limited to preparing and cooking pizza, taking customer orders, serving food, cashier, cleaning: tables, dining room, front and back restaurant areas and restrooms, and washing dishes to guarantee company standards are maintained and consistently comply with all policies and procedures to ensure cleanliness, and health and safety standards.

JOB DUTIES

  • Prepare dough based on specific written recipe guidelines and procedures
  • Maintain inventory levels of fresh dough on a daily basis based on estimated daily usage
  • Properly maintain and clean dough rolling area and equipment
  • Able to perform strenuous dough kneading movements, and performing repetitive structured tasks with hands, wrists and arms.
  • Perform Crew Member job duties when dough roller job duties are complete, including but not limited to preparing and cooking pizza, taking customer orders, serving food, cashier, cleaning: tables, dining room, front and back restaurant areas and restrooms, and washing dishes
