Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer - TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph to support a secure data center environment in the Annapolis, MD area. The Systems Engineer - TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph role requires to work standard business hours in the SCIF Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate for the Systems Engineer - TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph will have strong experience in Linux and Windows systems engineering and network administration, supporting large enterprise environments. Responsibilities for the Systems Engineer - TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph include: * Oversee, troubleshoot, and manage network activity for large enterprise customer data networks
* Collaborate with engineering teams to support customer project requests
* Provide high-level technical expertise for LAN and WAN environments
* Recommend improvements to network and systems performance, efficiency, and security Requirements for the Systems Engineer - TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph include: * Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
* 3+ years of systems and network administration/engineering experience
* Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
* Knowledge of key networking technologies and protocols including EIGRP, BGP, SD-WAN, and MPLS
* Experience with WAN, LAN, firewalls, and Cisco router/switch configuration
* Proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments
* Previous experience with VMware, including building and deploying virtual machines Compensation for the Systems Engineer - TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph: * $125,000 - $180,000 annually
