Parts and Service Specialist
Weingartz - Cedar Springs, MI
What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist customers with parts selection, service scheduling, and general service inquiries in person, over the phone, via email, and through text communication.
  • Create, process, and manage parts and service orders accurately while ensuring clear communication and customer expectations.
  • Answer basic technical questions and direct customers to appropriate solutions, resources, or next steps.
  • Safely support the loading and unloading of equipment as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by following the G.R.E.A.T. Customer Service Process.
  • Ensure customers are assisted promptly while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer-facing operations and follow procedures that help minimize loss, waste, and rework.
  • Handle inbound, outbound, and in-store customer communications and support activities.
  • Assist with warehouse responsibilities including inventory organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy as needed.
What We'll Need from You
  • Proficient with standard desktop software; proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Careful attention to detail, including accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic mechanical and technical understanding; experience in parts or service environments preferred.

  • Open Retail Hours:
    • Monday (8:00am - 7:00pm)
    • Tuesday - Friday (8:00am - 6:00pm)
    • Saturday (9:00am - 3:00pm)
