Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver with Mission Logistics LLC  you will be responsible for driving trucks and other vehicles to transport material to and from specified destinations throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We offer: Pre-set weekly work schedules. Newer leased company equipment. Company matched retirement.  Positive, structured paid training. Competitive pay scale, and Local work, and home every day!

Duties will also include but are not limited to:

  • Daily inspections of truck equipment and reporting any necessary repairs to the Transportation Managers, along with maintaining the overall appearance of assigned vehicle. 
  • Complete all daily logs, and necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Present a clean and professional appearance while performing company duties.
  • Adhere to assigned work schedule and must be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
  • Be knowledgeable of current Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) rules and regulations.
  • Maintain clean Motor Vehicle Record (M.V.R.) and Medical certification throughout employment.
  • Operate multiple types of equipment based on company needs.
  • Assist in loading and unloading of trucks and trailers as needed.

Hiring Range: $17 up to $26.50/hour depending on years of experience | $500 sign-on bonus after completing 90-days

Travel: Yes, destinations throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (M.V.R.) required.
  • Experience with box trucks preferred.
REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Current Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) Medical Certification is a plus.
  • Must pass pre-employment Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) drug and alcohol test.
