About the Role:
Dale T. Smith & Sons Meat Packing is looking for a hardworking and reliable General Production Worker to join our team in North Salt Lake City, UT. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our meat processing operation, where your work directly supports the quality products our customers depend on. If you thrive in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general production tasks on the meat processing floor,
  • Operate and maintain production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and USDA compliance standards at all times
  • Monitor product quality and report any defects or irregularities to supervisors
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with facility hygiene standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in meat processing, food production, or a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a full shift
