Production Worker โ€“ Food Manufacturing (Packaging / Raw Meat Processing)

Pay Rate: $16.90 - $18.00/hr (Depending on Department)

Multiple shifts available:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM โ€“ 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM โ€“ 6:00 AM

Shift times may vary slightly depending on department needs.
Location: East/Southeast side of Stockton

Job Summary:

We are hiring reliable Production Workers to join a food manufacturing team. This position involves working in a cold environment with raw meat processing, marinating, cooking, packaging, and fulfillment operations. Candidates must be comfortable with heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and following strict food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Package finished food products according to quality and production standards
  • Work in cold environments handling raw meat products
  • Separate, sort, and prepare frozen meat products
  • Assist with raw meat production, including marinating and cooking processes
  • Operate within production and packaging areas
  • Perform quality checks and follow food safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment following USDA and GMP guidelines
  • Sanitation
  • Lift, carry, and move materials/products throughout the shift
  • Follow all safety procedures and production instructions

Qualifications:

  • Previous food manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Experience working with raw meat is a plus

  • Must be able to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to work weekends and overtime as required
  • Must pass background check
