Travel: Multi-state project sites (travel required)
Invertice is a telecommunications construction contractor specializing in tower construction, structural modifications, and civil infrastructure for wireless carriers. We perform raw land site builds, tower modifications, antenna and line installation, equipment installations, and supporting civil work across the Northeast, South, and Midwest under direct MSAs with Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major carriers.
Safety and disciplined execution are central to our field operations.
Invertice is hiring tower climbers at all experience levels for tower stacking operations. Primary work involves self-supporting, guyed, and monopole tower assembly. Lines & Antennas experience is a plus. We welcome full crews, foreman-led teams, and individual climbers looking for consistent project-based work.
