Job description

Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position
Major Responsibilities - reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:
  • Server & Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Dell / Hyper-V), operating systems, and network services (DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune). Configure and maintain network and firewall equipment globally (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, FortiGate)
  • System Administration: Configure, maintain, and support software applications and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • System Monitoring & Security: Monitor system performance, apply critical security patches, manage firewall rules, and run routine system diagnostics
  • User & Access Administration: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory / Entra ID group policies
  • Backup & Recovery: Execute regular data backups (Barracuda), verify data integrity, and develop disaster recovery procedures
  • Support: Serve as escalation point for complex hardware and software issues unresolved by help desk support. Ability to support multiple sites remotely
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate inventories of software licenses, hardware and hardware lifecycles, and system network configuration
  • Other duties or projects as assigned

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field such as computer science, technical support, and information technology or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki, Ubiquity, FortiGate, Barracuda, Microsoft operating systems, and Entra ID administration
  • Expertise in programs such as Active Directory, Microsoft PowerShell, and Microsoft O365
  • 5+ years of experience in computer networks solutions, operating systems, firewalls

Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 + bonus
