As a Systems Engineer, you'll design, integrate, and optimize complex systems that drive the semiconductor industry forward. Your expertise in systems thinking and problem-solving is essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop advanced solutions to intricate processes and writing system specifications. You'll be responsible for analyzing requirements, defining system architectures, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring seamless integration of subsystems. Additionally, you'll identify and mitigate risks, confirming that our systems meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations.Key Responsibilities
Systems engineering design and analysis of semiconductor process equipment comprised of a wide range of technologies: robotic wafer handling, electrostatic chucks, vacuum systems, control systems, cryogenic systems, high temperature systems, thin film deposition, and test/analysis equipment.
Independently, develops and implements concepts for a range of significantly complex product issues to enable world class performance.
Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies, as appropriate.
Interface with internal and external customers regarding significantly complex engineering issues to address customer's High Value Problems (HVP) that bring differentiation and value to Applied's products.
