The ideal candidate has experience working within Data Centers or mission-critical facilities, understands data center infrastructure, and can effectively coordinate between customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver complex deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution

  • Define project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and installation reports.
  • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and final turnover of structured cabling and infrastructure deployments.

  • Monitor job cost performance and drive margin improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Oversee material procurement, subcontractor performance, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Client Relationship & Business Development
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for colocation customers and stakeholders during project execution.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with data center operators, general contractors, electrical contractors, and end users.
  • Participate in client meetings, site walk-throughs, and proposal presentations.
  • Identify opportunities for additional project scope or new work within existing accounts.
  • Develop scopes, estimates, and proposals for new colocation deployments and infrastructure projects.
  • Support regional growth initiatives and strategic expansion within the data center market.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience in data centers, mission-critical environments, or structured cabling infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of fiber and copper structured cabling systems.

  • Familiarity with data center standards and best practices (BICSI, TIA/EIA).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure deployments and installation teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
