We are seeking a Project Manager with HVAC and controls experience to support engineering and delivery initiatives. This role blends technical expertise in HVAC systems and control solutions with project management discipline, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to quality standards.
What you will do as the HVAC Controls and Systems Project Manager:
The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Manage end-to-end HVAC projects including planning, execution, and closeout
Oversee HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning activities
Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Track performance using Earned Value Management (EVM)
Implement change management and control processes
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Provide stakeholder communication and reporting
What you will bring to the team:
4-5 years of HVAC or mechanical project management experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
PMP or PMI certification preferred
HVAC system design and commissioning experience
Project controls: cost estimating, scheduling, EVM
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Software: MS Project, MS Office Suite, Primavera P6, Monday.com. SAP
