Description

We are seeking a Performance Engineer to support the optimization and performance analysis of utility-scale solar assets. This role will focus on improving solar plant performance through data analytics, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational insights across a large solar portfolio.


Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze solar system performance using DAS and SCADA platforms
  • Perform data extraction, reporting, and performance evaluations
  • Support troubleshooting of solar hardware and operational issues
  • Coordinate site onboarding and assist with system performance modelling
  • Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve asset efficiency


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Solar Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in solar performance engineering, analytics, or optimization
  • Experience with DAS platforms, SCADA systems, and solar performance analysis
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills within solar operations
