Responsibilities

Position Overview

This role is integral in improving systems operational efficiency across Willow Bridge Property Management. The Systems Operations Coordinator will report to the Vice President, Systems Operations & Performance. This role will connect business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring the effective implementation and improvement of critical systems throughout the organization. In this role, you will support project execution, help relay business needs to technical teams, and assist in carrying out the systems roadmap under the direction of leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with development in-depth knowledge of operational programs and processes.
  • Stay informed about company processes and requirements.
  • Be a key contributor to system and program rollouts.
  • Assist with set up and implementation forms to our solution providers.
  • Assisting with data validation and reporting
  • Collaborate with the Audit, Policy, Leasing Admin and Learning and Systems teams to ensure that the functionalities needed for the different systems are identified and aligned with the business requirements and objectives, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration.
  • Create and distribute various resources and training materials to ensure operations have access to knowledge.
  • Participating in UAT (user acceptance testing) for new system releases.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues that occur post-implementation of programs or process improvements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flag potential risks during pilots and escalate as needed.
  • Escalate critical issues to management teams as needed.
  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators defined by leadership.
  • Maintaining system documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases
  • Maintain and evaluate product performance metrics and recommend improvements on existing and new products.
  • Perform other essential responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the Vice President, Systems Operations & Performance.

Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of property management experience including in-depth knowledge of all property management systems and programs that are performed at a site level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Yardi, Entrata, and OneSite.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Possess technical expertise to understand technology requirements specific to multifamily property management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Exceptional listening skills, ability to problem solve, and patience with team members of all skill levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple priorities and prioritize to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
