All Year Cooling
All Year Cooling is looking for an experienced Plumbing Operations Manager to lead and grow our plumbing division. This role focuses on managing daily operations, supporting technicians, and driving overall performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily plumbing operations ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery
• Lead coach and develop service plumbers and support staff
• Monitor performance metrics including revenue job completion rates and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch to maximize technician productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety standards company policies and local plumbing codes
• Support hiring onboarding and ongoing training of team members
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Review estimates proposals and completed jobs for accuracy and profitability
• Maintain inventory control and proper use of tools equipment and materials
Qualifications:
• Experience in plumbing operations service management or a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and service practices
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive results
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required
