TLA is seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's critical IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, performance, and security, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technological solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  System Design & Implementation:ย Design, configure, and implement secure, scalable, and resilient IT system architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  System Monitoring & Optimization:ย Monitor system health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing effective solutions to ensure high uptime.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Automation & Scripting:ย Standardize and automate repetitive operational processes and tasks using scripting languages to improve efficiency and reduce human error.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Troubleshooting & Support:ย Conduct high-level root-cause analysis of service interruptions and diagnose complex hardware, software, and network issues, establishing preventive measures.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Security & Compliance:ย Implement and maintain robust security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and data encryption, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Education:ย A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science or IT.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience:

oย ย  Typically requires 3-5 years in systems engineering or administration.

oย ย  Experience with operating systems like Linux and Windows Server, virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

oย ย  Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).

oย ย  Strong knowledge of networking principles.

oย ย  Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible.
