Job description

Job Title: Yardi Systems Manager
Full Time | Meriden, CT – Site Visits Periodically
Pay:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Carabetta Companies is seeking a Yardi Systems Manager to optimize our property management technology ecosystem, ensure data accuracy, and establish centralized pricing/availability to all third-party listing platforms and property websites. This role will partner with our Property Managers, Leasing Agents and Marketing team to correct configuration, streamline workflows, and train users across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and maintain property management systems (Yardi Voyager and RentCafe) across the portfolio.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Yardi system-related operations; troubleshoot errors and resolve user issues.
  • Lead data cleanup (units, unit types, rents, waitlist units, photos, floor plans) and enforce data integrity standards.
  • Configure and validate integrations and data feeds to maintain accuracy across all platforms.
  • Coordinate software updates, patches, and environment upgrades; manage user access/roles.
  • Build operational and financial reporting; support ad hoc analytics (occupancy, performance).
  • Provide ongoing training and documentation for leasing/operations teams.
  • Maintaining data integrity by performing data cleansing, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with Property Management, IT, and Marketing to streamline processes and optimize system usage.
  • Managing relationships with Yardi support providers and coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Implementation and maintenance of fill-docs software.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of Real Estate Management Systems specifically Yardi and RentCafe experience or 2 years of employment directly with Yardi, with Yardi training/certifications (Voyager, RentCafe, CRM Flex).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of managing information systems and integrating with third-party platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills: working knowledge of SQL/database queries preferred.
  • Familiarity with API/integration concepts for ILS partners and lead distribution workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
