Your role and responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Systems Manager leads the strategy, execution, and performance of supply chain systems that enable daily operations and long-term business growth. This role connects systems to execution, ensuring SAP and related tools support planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics with speed, accuracy, and reliability.
This role is responsible for delivering results, shaping the future of supply chain capabilities, and growing people and capabilities across the team. Success requires strong ownership, clear prioritization, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable system solutions.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Own the supply chain systems strategy and roadmap, serving as Business Process Owner (BPO) to align technology, data, and processes with business objectives.
  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of SAP supply chain solutions, prioritizing enhancements, ensuring system stability, and governing data integrity and compliance.
  • Drive operational excellence through analytics, automation, and process standardization, leveraging data and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional partnerships, change adoption, and user engagement through effective communication, training, and accountability.

Qualifications for the role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in supply chain systems, SAP, or related business applications.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain processes, with emphasis on production planning and procurement.
  • Deep hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6; S/4HANA experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, or Snowflake preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results through effective communication, accountability, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
