Job Description

Experience: Manager
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year
Job Details
---------
This is not a traditional engineering management position.
As Engineering Manager of our Advanced Systems team, you'll lead a multidisciplinary group of systems, controls, electrical, software, hydraulics, and application engineers who develop complete vehicle solutions for OEM customers.
Rather than managing engineers focused on a single product line, your team works directly with customers to understand their application, develop system-level solutions, integrate new technologies into vehicles, build and validate prototypes, demonstrate solutions, and transition successful projects into production.
You'll also serve as the primary technical leader for customers, partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions that create long-term business opportunities.

What You\'ll Do
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on advanced mOur Clientle equipment systems.
  • Partner directly with OEM customers to understand technical challenges and develop integrated solutions.
  • Guide projects from customer discovery through concept development, system architecture, prototype integration, validation, and production transition.
  • Collaborate with Sales during customer visits, technical presentations, and solution development.
  • Drive strategy for automation, electrification, electrohydraulic controls, and advanced vehicle technologies.
  • Work closely with global engineering teams to introduce new technologies and standard system solutions.
  • Help shape future products by serving as the voice of the customer during new product development.
  • Travel as needed to customers
What We\'re Looking For
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Strong background in mOur Clientle equipment, off-highway vehicles, specialty vehicles, or other complex vehicle systems.
  • Experience integrating multiple engineering disciplines including hydraulics, controls, electrical, software, and mechanical systems.
  • Proven ability to work directly with OEM customers, develop technical solutions, and communicate effectively with both engineering and commercial teams.
  • Experience with vehicle automation, electrification, electrohydraulic controls, or advanced mOur Clientle equipment technologies.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

A bit about us:
---------
We are a global manufacturer specializing in advanced fluid power systems and motion control technologies used across mOur Clientle and industrial equipment. We focus on delivering innovative hydraulic, filtration, process technology, cooling, and motion control solutions that help OEMs and industrial customers improve performance, reliability, and efficiency worldwide.

Unlike traditional product engineering organizations, our Advanced Systems team partners directly with OEM customers to develop complete vehicle solutions by integrating hydraulics, electronics, controls, software, automation, and electrification technologies into real-world mOur Clientle equipment.

Why join us?
---------

  • Lead an established multidisciplinary engineering team after an internal promotion.
  • Work directly with OEM customers to solve complex engineering challenges from concept through production.
  • Own highly visible projects involving automation, electrification, electrohydraulic controls, and complete vehicle system integration.
  • Influence technology strategy while collaborating with engineering teams throughout North America and Europe
  • Competitive compensation package including $150kโ€“$175k base salary plus $15kโ€“$20k bonus potential.
