What is a systems engineer support analyst?

Systems Engineer Support Analysts are IT professionals who combine systems engineering knowledge with technical support skills to ensure the smooth operation of an organization’s computer systems. They are responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining system performance, and providing technical assistance to end users or internal teams.
