Job Summary:

Searching for a talented semiconductor System Engineer withdirect experience related to High-Speed Physical Layer components (LaserDrivers, TIAs, DSPs, Equalizers) in high-speed networking applications. 
Responsibilities:

Define next generation products (specs, features, etc) based on future customer needs, innovative ideas, competitive analysis, standards trends, marketing and R&D inputs, cost constraints, etc. (30%)
Work closely with R&D throughout the design phase and until production release to address any definition-related topic. (20%)
Prepare technical material to influence standardization activities ensure new product alignment. (20%)
Attend standardization group meetings (IEEE, OIF, SFF, PCI-SIG) (20%)
Visit key customers to understand their challenges/needs and promote new products. (10%)

Salary Range: 117,482 - 200,038
