Job Description:

Position Overview:
Aster Medical Clinic is seeking a compassionate Family Physician to provide comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventative care and healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments, including physical exams and diagnostic tests.
- Manage chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) and treat acute illnesses.
- Develop personalized care plans and offer health education on disease prevention.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, referring patients to specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records using EHR systems.
- Stay current with medical advancements through Continuing Medical Education (CME). 

Qualifications:

Have a current eligibility letter from CPSA

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with active license to practice in [Insert State/Province].
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
