Position: Registered Nurse (RN)Dept: Burn UnitShift: Full Time 7am - 7:30pm / 72 Hours per PayFacility: Miami Valley HospitalSign on BonusThe clinical nurse (CN) functions in a multi-faceted role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence in the practice of Nursing. The CN is responsible for maintaining high standards for a caseload of patients as described by the scope of care for the area of practice and demonstrates appropriate actions based on sound scientific research and evidence-based principles. The CN also coordinates/directs care delivered by the interdisciplinary team. The CN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
