You'll serve as the escalation point for critical issues while partnering with internal teams to improve systems, workflows, and user experience.
What You'll Do
  • Provide Level 3 support for complex desktop, server, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure issues.
  • Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID.
  • Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and core networking.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
  • Work with business users to gather requirements, document processes, and recommend technical improvements.
  • Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on projects, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Mentor junior support technicians and promote IT best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of IT infrastructure or senior desktop support experience.

  • Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, networking, and endpoint management.
  • Experience with Azure cloud administration is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms such as ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or Freshservice.
  • PowerShell or automation experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Nice to Have
  • Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications
  • ITIL Foundation
  • CompTIA Network+ or Security+
