Responsibilities

ย 

Projectย planning

  • Collaborate with client sponsors and stakeholders to define scope and ensure that deliverables are prioritized and aligned with the agreed scope
  • Createย projectย charter and plan (Tasks, Schedule, Budget, Dependencies)

ย Projectย execution

  • Track overall progress ofย projectย to verify that SDLC processes are occurring andย Projectย artifacts are being created, reviewed as approved as required
  • Coordinate and monitor allย projectย activities
  • Manage time, cost and scope through to implementation
  • Identify, monitor and mitigate risks
  • Identify, document, assign, track and resolve issues
  • Coordinate adjustments toย projectย plan as needed and take appropriate corrective actions

ย Communication

  • Ensure that expectations of client sponsors and stakeholders are well managed
  • Plan, facilitate, conduct and participate in variousย projectย meetings with clients and/or team members as well as internal C2 management
  • Manage dependencies as needed

ย Change control

  • Ensure that change control processes are defined, followed and updated based on approved changes

    • Demonstrated experience and understanding of multi-channel distribution & B2C eCommerce business models
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (computer science, MIS, electrical engineering)
