Agent Pipeline is a recognized market leader in the Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, individual health plans, Prescription Drug Plans, and Final Expense markets. Agent Pipeline is based in St. Albans, West Virginia.
Job Summary
This role involves data management, analysis, and integrity for our internal CRM. The individual will present data insights to the Operations Manager and other executive staff members.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage sales, hierarchy, and agent data.
  • Analyze monthly and weekly reports to identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Identify trends within regions/markets using data.
  • Improve data integrity through root cause analysis and recommendations.
  • Generate reports from our CRM system and gather data via Excel, carrier portals, and Monday.
  • Ensure data accuracy provided to agents, internal staff, and carrier partners.
  • Identify and share best practices and improvement areas with leadership.

Primary Skills & Requirements
  • Multitasking and focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active listening and comprehension of written work-related documents.
  • Effective time management and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking to solve problems and identify solution strengths and weaknesses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium, and QuickBase is preferred.
  • College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related experience in the insurance industry.
  • Ability to write reports, correspond professionally, and convey thoughts clearly.
  • Problem-solving ability in situations with limited standardization.
  • Must pass pre-hire and annual background checks, pre-hire drug test, and monthly OIG/SAM Exclusion List checks.
