Job description

Description

As a Data Integrity Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency and reliability of MLS membership, listing data, products and services. We are seeking a customer facing and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with information, spotting inconsistencies, and keeping records organized and up to date. Primarily, this role collaborates with internal and external teams, communicates with members to resolve membership and compliance issues and requests; and in turn, supports the overall integrity of our MLS systems. This role also includes participating in cross-training initiatives and providing support to various departments, as needed. This is a full-time and in-person role that includes a benefits package.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Provide excellent customer      service by investigating and resolving data and MLS system related issues.
  • Navigate and maintain      information across multiple systems, ensuring data consistency and      accuracy.
  • Effectively assist and educate      members in MLS membership, products, and services with a customer-first      attitude.
  • Identify and correct MLS      membership, products, and services discrepancies across multiple systems.
  • Troubleshoot membership,      product, and/or MLS service concerns.
  • Crosstrain in various functions      and assist different departments as business needs evolve.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least one (1) year of      experience in data entry, compliance/records management, or a related      customer service role, with a membership structure.
  • Strong attention to detail and      a high level of accuracy
  • Proven experience working in a      customer-facing or support role
  • Ability to stay organized,      manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft      Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Real estate experience      preferred, but not required
