Global Solution Executive - Global System Integrator

Description -

Job Summary

The Global Solution Executive is a global role responsible for driving Services and Solutions growth through Global System Integrator (GSI) alliances. The role operates at a practice and portfolio level, defining standards, building repeatable solutions, and shaping global gotomarket (GTM) motions in close partnership with Alliance AGMs.

The role works globally across GSIs and HP organizations, while supporting regional and country market teams directly involved in opportunity execution and closure. This is an allianceled, partnercentric role, not a direct endcustomer sales position.

Key Responsibilities

Global Practice & Solution Ownership

  • Own Services and Solutions practice engagement for assigned GSIs at a global level.

  • Define and govern standards, reference architectures, repeatable offerings, and solution frameworks aligned with HP Services & Solutions portfolios.

  • Drive industrialization and scale of repeatable solutions across geographies and accounts.

Alliance Strategy & AGM Support

  • Act as the Services & Solutions lead supporting Alliance AGMs, contributing to:

    • Global alliance strategy and priorities

    • Joint investment and growth plans

    • Services and solutions roadmap alignment

  • Support executivelevel engagement with GSIs, positioning HP as a strategic Services & Solutions partner.

Business Development & Global GTM

  • Drive global business development with GSIs, focused on:

    • Outcomebased and servicesled solutions

    • Multimarket replication and scale

  • Define and promote joint HP-GSI gotomarket motions, including:

    • Value propositions and messaging

    • Market activation and enablement

  • Act as a global advocate for HP Services & Solutions capabilities within GSI ecosystems.

Market Engagement & Deal Support

  • Support market and country teams directly engaged on opportunities, providing:

    • Solution shaping and scope definition

    • Services positioning aligned to global standards

    • Deal structuring and governance alignment

  • Enable opportunity progression and closure while local teams retain deal ownership and execution responsibility.

CrossHP Orchestration

  • Coordinate with HP Sales, GBDM, Pursuit, Solution Architecture, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Operations to enable partnerled Services & Solutions deals.

  • Ensure alignment to GSI operating models, approval frameworks, and deal governance.

Forecasting, Visibility & Enablement

  • Contribute to global alliance pipeline visibility and Services & Solutions forecasting.

  • Share best practices, reusable models, and insights across HP teams.

  • Continuously evolve offerings based on market feedback, partner strategy, and portfolio evolution.

Education & Experience

  • Fouryear or Graduate Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in Services, Solutions, Alliances, or complex B2B technology environments.

  • 5+ years working with Global System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, DXC, Deloitte, PwC).

Salary:

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $147,300 to $210,000 USD
annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
