Job ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Advanced Analytical Systems Integration and ICSS projects across the full lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, integration, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, startup, and service handover.
  • Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets and resource plans in collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, including work breakdown structures, cost forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget while optimizing profitability and cash flow.
  • Monitor performance against plan, implement corrective actions, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including coordination with remote and international teams.
Financial & Commercial Management
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, cost control, cash flow, and contract claims.
  • Drive margin improvement through cost optimization, risk mitigation, and efficient execution.
  • Lead change order development, scoping, risk assessment, negotiation, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, commercial requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Support proposal development and pre-award activities, including specification review, scope definition, cost estimates, execution strategy, schedule development, and risk assessment.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, build strong relationships, and ensure alignment on expectations.
  • Lead project reviews, status meetings, and reporting to maintain transparency on progress, risks, and performance.
  • Proactively resolve issues and identify opportunities for contract growth or scope expansion based on customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical & Quality Leadership
  • Lead projects involving analyzer systems integration, gas chromatographs, sample conditioning systems, TDLS, CEMS, process analyzers, field instrumentation, analyzer shelters, and packaged analyzer systems.
  • Apply working knowledge of hazardous area classifications, industrial networking, DCS, PLC, SIS, and SCADA interfaces.
  • Ensure adherence to Yokogawa standards, project quality plans, and ISO procedures.
  • Oversee engineering deliverables, system architecture, procurement activities, manufacturing integration, technical execution, and system acceptance.
  • Participate in and oversee design reviews, FAT and SAT to ensure successful system delivery and acceptance.
  • Ensure project documentation, reporting, and project closeout activities are completed.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, vendors, subcontractors, manufacturing, field service, and internal support functions.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to project team members.
  • Ensure alignment, accountability, communication, and effective collaboration across all stakeholders.
  • Ensure availability of required resources, tools, and training to achieve project objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 8-15 years of experience in ICSS/DCS, process control systems, industrial automation, analytical systems integration, process analyzers, instrumentation, or engineered systems projects.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management and execution, including EPC engagement, contract management, resource management, and customer-facing engineering projects.
  • Experience with EPC or EPCM organizations and projects serving LNG, refining, petrochemical, chemical, power, or energy industries.
  • Working knowledge of analyzer systems integration, process analytical technology, gas chromatography, sample conditioning systems, CEMS, TDLS, and hazardous area requirements.
  • ISO 9001 Quality Management System awareness.
  • Experience in Project and System Design Engineering Packages and related Software
  • Experience working with international teams and diverse cultures.
  • Current U.S. work authorization without the need for employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP training and certification.
