The Integration Manager, Senior, oversees test automation activities and is specifically responsible forย building, maintaining, and optimizing automated testing frameworks and integrating them seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines. This role ensures product quality, system reliability, and rapid delivery by combining strong automation engineering skills with deep integration expertiseย for minimal defects. The engineer collaborates closely with development, DevSecOps, and product teams to create a robust, scalable, and efficient testing ecosystem.


Responsibilities
  • Architect and maintain modular, scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testingย 
  • Build and maintain automated regression, smoke, and functional test suites using modern tools and languagesย 
  • Integrateย automated tests into CI/CD workflows to ensure continuous validation of builds and deploymentsย 
  • Create and execute integration tests across microservices, APIs, databases, and thirdparty systemsย 
  • Oversee test data, environment configuration, and environment stability to support reliable automationย 
  • Investigate test failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issuesย 
  • Establish and enforce best practices for test automation, coding standards, and quality processesย 
  • Track automation coverage and performance; implement improvements to increase reliabilityย 
  • Collaborate Across Teams with developers, DevSecOps, and product managers to align testing strategy with release goalsย 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • MA/MS degree or BS with equivalent years of experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be SAFe certified (SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) is desired) or agree to complete training and obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Must possess and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening
