Job description

We’re looking for a hands‑on Systems Administrator to keep our IT environment running smoothly and help drive new initiatives. This role will manage and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Dynamics 365 Business Central, and our Zoom Phone system, as well as work with our managed service providers (MSPs). You’ll play a key role in Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and consolidations, handle escalated support issues, and assist with system upgrades and projects.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years in systems administration or IT support
  • Experience with Business Central and/or other ERP systems
  • Familiarity with Zoom Phone or other cloud‑based telephony systems
  • Knowledge of networking, security, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V)
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
