Work LocationHybrid (Onsite: New Jersey Office or designated shared office space in New York) This position is hybrid, consisting of on-site and remote work. The employee may be required to attend off-site client meetings or business appointments and may travel directly from home when necessary.

ScheduleStandard Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Time) This position is full-time, with an expectation of 40 working hours per week.

ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying business needs, and providing practical IT solutions aligned with customer operations and goals. The position supports sales activities and coordination by working with customers, internal teams, vendors, and service providers to help ensure successful solution delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.

Primary responsibilities include: Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, telemarketing activities, and client visitsMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through ongoing communication and proactive supportIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and operational solutionsManage sales opportunities and customer accounts throughout the sales cycleCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and service providers to support solution delivery and project progressionServe as a primary point of contact between customers and internal teams during project planning, implementation, and post-deployment supportPrepare proposals, quotations, statements of work, sales orders, and related sales documentationTrack and maintain updates on sales opportunities, projects, schedules, and ongoing activitiesRespond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional mannerSupport onsite IT and network-related activities, including deployment coordination and basic troubleshootingContribute to regional business growth initiatives and long-term customer development strategiesParticipate in internal meetings, client meetings, and company-wide meetings as requiredSupport overall sales operations and perform other duties as assignedBusiness travel may be required for operational needsRequirementsAuthorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship (OPT not accepted)Fluency in both English and JapaneseBasic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Valid US driver's licensePackage DetailsOr refer someoneSalary: $45,000.00~60,000.00, depends on experience + benefits package such as: Insurance(Medical, Dental), PTO, Sick Leave, Holidays, etc. The salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience level
