What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily operations: Oversee the service shop, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Coach and develop your team: Hire, train, and lead a team of technicians to provide top-quality repairs and service.
  • Drive profitability: Help achieve service sales targets while maintaining the highest customer service standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and keep the shop organized and in top condition.
  • Deliver customer service excellence: Address customer concerns quickly and professionally while building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Be hands-on: Step in as needed to assist with technician tasks or operate the service truck, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of service management in heavy equipment or diesel repair.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage shop operations and customer service.
  • A safety-first mindset and experience enforcing safety protocols.
  • Flexible availability to keep the service department running smoothly during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
