Job description

A residential provider in Prince George's County is looking for a Person Centered Planning Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years experience in working with people with Developmental Disabilities and/or will have a degree in a related field. A candidate with work experience and working knowledge of ICARE is also a plus. Management is willing to negotiate working hours per week, 30 to 40 hours, for the right candidate. This is NOT a telework position. The position will report to the Executive and Deputy Directors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with the assigned team members in developing the PCP.
  • Training the DSP staff on the implementation of the PCP as well as training staff on who to document accurately in the iCare system.
  • Assist in the billing in the iCare system.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
