The Opportunity
A Business Analyst (BA) acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. They analyze business needs, define requirements, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals. BAs help improve processes, products, services, and software through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
This role will primarily follow Mountain Time hours, with occasional need to work during Eastern Time business hours. It may also require up to 5% travel.
What you Will do
1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather business requirements.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Create clear business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, and process flows.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven analysis.

3. Process Improvement
  • Map current processes and identify inefficiencies or pain points.
  • Recommend improvements for business processes or systems.
  • Support business process reengineering efforts.

4. Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate communication across departments.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly understood and managed.

5. Solution Evaluation & Implementation Support
  • Assist in evaluating potential solutions and vendors.
  • Support testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and rollout of new systems or enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver value.

6. Project Support
  • Support project planning and coordination.
  • Track project deliverables and milestones.
  • Provide updates and documentation as needed.

Requirements
What you Will Need to Succeed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
