Based in Atlanta, GA, EyeQ Monitoring provides industry-leading security and business intelligence solutions to a variety of business sectors throughout the United States.
We're looking for a Systems Administrator to help maintain and enhance the technology infrastructure that powers our business. This role is responsible for deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our servers, networking equipment, cloud environments, and enterprise systems while helping ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our technology ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing
Infrastructure & Service Delivery
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade servers, operating systems, and enterprise services
  • Deploy and maintain backups for critical systems and databases
  • Respond to internal support requests based on priority and business impact
  • Design, deploy, and maintain automated monitoring and alerting for server and network infrastructure
  • Analyze system performance, identify trends, and proactively resolve issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
Systems Administration
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Linux, VMware, and cloud environments
  • Administer Active Directory, DNS, Hyper-V, SQL Server, and enterprise infrastructure
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, and firewall solutions
  • Install, maintain, and repair Dell server and storage hardware
  • Support VoIP platforms, network monitoring systems, and video management systems
Operational Excellence

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Several years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar infrastructure-focused role
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Linux, VMware, and enterprise server environments
  • Experience administering Microsoft SQL Server and high-availability architectures
  • Strong networking knowledge including LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting server and workstation hardware
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications
