Job description

Mobile Communications America (MCA), your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced NetSuite System Administrator in a remote position (must be seated within our MCA footprint) to support our growing Central Team. The NetSuite System Administrator serves as the primary owner and administrator of MCA's NetSuite platform, ensuring the system is optimized, secure, and aligned with business needs. This role partners closely with Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders to support system configuration, user access, reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Administer and support the day-to-day operation of NetSuite, ensuring system performance, stability, and user satisfaction.
  • Manage user access, security roles, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Configure and maintain NetSuite forms, fields, records, workflows, imports, and system enhancements.
  • Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage support tickets, and coordinate resolution with business and technical teams.
  • Lead testing and user acceptance activities for NetSuite releases, updates, and system enhancements.
  • Monitor integrations, system processes, and data integrity, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Support business process optimization, acquisitions, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience in a business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite security, user roles, permissions, and system configuration.
  • Experience developing reports, saved searches, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics solutions.
  • Understanding of business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Financial Management.
  • Experience with CSV imports, mass updates, data management, and user support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or SuiteAnalytics).
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteQL, or SQL.
  • Experience supporting integrations, automation tools, and third-party business applications.

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical environment requires the employee to work primarily in an office or remote setting.
