We are seeking a highly experienced Lead PHP Developer with a strong background in PHP, Laravel and CodeIgniter expertise in using and implementing in application development to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess over 10+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex applications.

 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect PHP-based applications and services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using PHP 8.x frameworks (e.g., Laravel 10.x, CodeIgniter 4.x).
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to developers on best practices and design patterns.
  • Define and maintain coding standards, documentation, and architectural guidelines.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations.
  • Mentor and train development teams to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
     
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in PHP development, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
  • Proficiency in PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) and experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
