Serving Hillsboro, Carlinville, Mount Olive, Gillespie, and Raymond
A growing manufacturing company is hiring an experienced HR Professional to support multiple locations in the Litchfield area. This is a hands-on Human Resources role focused on recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR compliance, and HRIS management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing positions
  • Lead new hire onboarding, orientation, and training
  • Support employee relations, coaching supervisors and resolving issues
  • Administer FMLA/leave programs and maintain HRIS records
  • Conduct workplace investigations and document findings
  • Coordinate internship and summer student programs
  • Assist with safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives
