Job Summary

Are you passionate about HR processes, data accuracy, and leveraging technology to improve the employee experience? Join our HRIS team as an HRIS Administration Specialist and play a key role in supporting and enhancing critical HR systems and processes across North America.

The HRIS Administration Specialist supports the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, with a primary focus on SuccessFactors. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, and HRIS team members to ensure accurate employee data, efficient workflows, and a positive user experience across HR systems. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, process-driven HR professional with at least three years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, and a passion for improving processes and supporting business stakeholders through technology.

  • Location: US Corporate office in Irving, TX.
  • Work type: In office Mon-Thu, Remote on Friday

What you'll do
  • Be Subject matter experts (SMEs) regarding HR processes and procedures regarding SuccessFactors and all other HR Admin processes.
  • Assist with the training and implementation/roll-out of process improvements of the HR Team
  • Identify areas of process harmonization for HR Processes
  • Assist with HR system interfaces to SuccessFactors
  • Support implementation team with testing, training and communication of future SuccessFactors module rollouts
  • Monitor approval process for Employee Central new hires, terminations and data changes
  • Support Field HRBPs with access and technical issues in SuccessFactors
  • Monitor reports for all interfaces to and from SuccessFactors
  • Maintain Foundation Object data as SuccessFactors System Admin for Sky Chefs Noth America
  • Create and update reports within SuccessFactors
  • Assist HDQ HR team leads as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience with a strong understanding of core HR processes
  • Experience working with HR systems; SuccessFactors experience is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain sensitive employee data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Team player with ability to work with cross-functional, cross cultural teams, and all levels of management with skills of motivation, organization and leadership
