Looking to gain real-world experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, or business operations? As a Lease Administration Intern at Array Digital Infrastructure, you'll play a meaningful role in supporting a national portfolio of telecommunications real estate leases that help power critical connectivity across the country.

This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to lease management processes, contract documentation, data administration, and payment workflows. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help ensure lease records are accurate, organized, and audit-ready while gaining valuable insight into how infrastructure assets are managed at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with lease abstraction, including key terms such as rent, escalators, expiration dates, and amendments
  • Support lease tracking and compliance in internal systems and Excel-based trackers
  • Review invoices and remittance data to support rent and fee reconciliation
  • Maintain organized, accurate lease files and documentation
  • Help identify and correct data inconsistencies in lease and payment records
  • Prepare simple summaries, trackers, and reports for the lease administration team
  • Document basic processes and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with leasing, finance, and operations teams as needed
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as:

Pay Transparency

The pay range listed for this position represents the low and high end of the base compensation range. However, the base pay rate offered for this position is expected to be $20.00 per hour. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation.
