Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and network monitoring systems is crucial. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication are important soft skills for diagnosing issues and collaborating with users and teams. These skills and qualifications are essential to ensure network reliability, security, and efficient IT operations within an organization.
