Job description

Description:ERP Systems Analyst

AFX is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to support our Syspro ERP environment and related backend systems. Reporting to the Manager of IT, this role requires 5+ years of ERP experience and strong SQL skills. The position works directly with end users to troubleshoot issues, support reporting, and maintain ERP-related data processes and integrations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Syspro ERP environment.

• Work directly with end users to understand workflows, resolve issues, and provide training.

• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and scheduled jobs.

• Maintain and debug SSRS reports and support reporting needs.

• Support ERP integrations including EDI and data imports/exports.

• Assist with internal web applications (PHP/Angular) that integrate with Syspro.

• Participate in ERP upgrades, testing, and system improvements.

• Document configurations, reporting logic, and integrations.


Requirements:


• 5+ years supporting an ERP system in a production environment.

• Syspro experience preferred; comparable ERP platforms acceptable.

• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience (T-SQL, stored procedures, job troubleshooting).

• Experience supporting SSRS reporting environments.

• Experience working directly with business users.

• Exposure to ERP integrations and structured data exchange.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn and expand into related technologies.
