Job description

Job Requirements 8+ years of experience in Production support and on call handling 24/7 applications and Infrastructure. Extensive experience working on AWS cloud environment. Experience in programming languages like Java, UI, node, Shell scripting.

Database technologies like MongoDB, MariaDB and caching solutions like Redis on AWS would be a plus Experience in monitoring and alerting using CloudWatch, Datadog preferable. Brokerage back-office systems knowledge would be a plus Experience in building and deploying CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins Core and Terraform Flexibility and adaptability to learn and support new technologies on the cloud. Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and Agile Methodology Ability to effectively multi-task and manage his/her time, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must have: Experience in installing and maintaining Linux-based operating systems Hands on logging at Linux servers and accessing file systems.

Experience on scripting using Perl, shell and bash. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred AWS certifications preferred (AWS SysOps, DevOps) Domain knowledge is a plus. Use Data dog, Dynatrace, Kibana, Logstash.
