This is a hybrid position requiring an on-site presence at our corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas, three to four days per week.
JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Advanced Analytics Translator is a key player in advancing Sysco's Analytics & Performance Intelligence capabilities. In this role, you will help drive Sysco's customer-first digital transformation by translating complex analytics into actionable business insights. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy impactful analytics use cases powered by one of Sysco's core enterprise analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into clear analytic requirements and guide the design of models that support enterprise analytics use cases.
  • Partner with Business, Data Science, and Technology teams to ensure models are scalable and deliver measurable value.
  • Conduct data exploration, mining, cleansing, and preparation to support analytic initiatives.
  • Identify relevant data sources and manage the acquisition and integration of large datasets.
  • Develop KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to track the performance of deployed analytics solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business SMEs and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project lifecycles.

Education:
